One-packed (in readiness for use) structure adhesive-sealant based on epoxy resins modified by rubber. The adhesive combines tixotropic properties and a possibility to regulate viscosity on customer’s requirement (depending on the way of application). The material is applied with guns of Grako type, stenciling method spattle, brush.
It was developed on the technical task and was used in public joint-stock company “Auto-VAZ” in the manufacture of aluminium car bodies. |

One-packed (in readiness for use) structure adhesive-sealant of enhanced heat-resistance. The adhesive combines tixotropic properties and a possibility to regulate viscosity on customer’s demand (depending on the way of application).
The material is usually applied with guns of Grako type, stenciling method; may be applied with spittle or brush.
It was developed on the technical task and was used in public joint-stock company “Auto-VAZ” before the robotics was introduced on the conveyor for corrosion protection and sealing of adhesive-welded joints in perimeter flange of doors, bonnets, luggage compartments in cars “VAZ”, “ZAZ”, “RAF”, “AZLK”, “GAZ”.
At present this adhesive is used for the binding in hard-alloy inserts in the fabrication of cutting tool (cutting tools, mills, counter-bore tools, hones etc.). The adhesive has also found its application for bindering of magnets in stators and rotors of electric motors, binding of ceramic inserts in fuses, binding of dissimilar substrates (glass plastic + copper or steel tips and others), binding of difficult-to-weld and difficult-to-solder metals and alloys (the manufacture of tube and plate-type) heat, exchangers, radiators of copper, brass and duraluminium; cylinder blocks, recovery of bearing mounting seats, the manufacture and installation of sensors, electric motors etc.
The adhesive is also used for the fabrication of rotation ports for vans. There is an experience of gluing of babbit slider bearings, in compressor equipment. There were developed and used recovery technologies for shaft necks, shaft mounting seats, spline shafts, pinion shafts. |

It is used for the binding of glass plastic honeycomb structures, binding of diamond crystals, for the manufacture of polishing tools, glueing of electromagnets in stators electric motors, sealing of voltage regulators, for the fabrication of the resistors with fuses, the repair of large-dimension electric motors in thermo-electric plants, the manufacture of filters for fuel-injection motor-cars, the manufacture of tube-and plate-type heat exchangers, radiators of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, binding tenso-sensors and flow sensors, the repair of cylinder blocks and other parts (from non-ferrous alloys), wgere soldering and welding is possible. |

One-packed (ready-to-use) structural adhesive sealant combining a possibility of applying with the use of syringe-machine spattle, brush, stenciling method with no flowing on vertical surface.
It is designed for binding and sealing of suction plastic silencers for refrigerator’s compressors. Glues and seals polystyrol, ABS-plastic. In quality values, the adhesive is highly competitive with EP-106, EP-107, EP-109 adhesives of similar purposes, of the “Senadain k.k.” firm. |
