 Scientific – producing enterprise “Sintez” is a developer, producer and supplier of composite materials based on epoxy phenolformaldehyde resins and PVC resins. Thirty - year work experience and skill of our employees allow us to supply our Customers with high-technological composite materials (CM) of more than 100 names and processing technology thereof.
"Scientific-producing enterprise SINTEZ" (SPE "SINTEZ") was founded in 1999. The staff consists of people of relevant specialities: process engineer in base organic synthesis, Candidate of chemical sciences in high-molekular chemistry, Candidate of technical sciences in tehnology and processing of plastic materials and glass plastics, Doctor of technical sciences in materials science for machine bulding, technology and processing of plastic materials and glass plastics. Limit of finance, material and energy resources determined careful choice of priority direction of enterprise activity during start period of its exsistence, namely: creating of science-capacious, high-workability production based on thermoset polymer materials. At that time, the manufacture of such production in the state industrial enterprises believed to be economically unprofitable due to slight production volume and application.We have attempted to fill this gap. We could not use cumbersome, low-productive, high energy – capacious standard manufacturing equipment. This situation prompted us to find simple, high-effective, low energy-capacious methods for processing materials throghout tehnological cycle. All the equipment was purchased from specialized enterprises or was made by the author's drawings. Production and realization of the first pilot batch of the material was as a holiday for us. Economics strategy of our enterprise was and is still now the following: not investment; we avoid to draw bank credits; we are forming unchanged steady demand for our production, thus providing the stable level of profitability and income. One part of “SINTEZ” income we usually spend on development of the new generation materials, adaption thereof to available technological lines, development and coordination of normative - technical documents by prescribed order, scientific attending for materials and technology. And only after this we begin to produce and deliver production.
Raw material assortment for SPE "SINTEZ" production is rather wide. Nevertheless, we, as a rule, do not use import products without sharp necessity; we are oriented to raw base in Ukraine and some regions. Enterprises from Russia, Belorussia and Poland perform export operations by direct contracts, as a rule, on FCA conditions without minimal quantity.
For Ukraine enterprises, SPE "SINTEZ" offers technologies and polymer materials with full scienlific-technical attending. Many enterprises have tried and used these materials, namely::

highly-strength polymeric binders for the manufacture of electrical insulation glass plastic rods and profiles by pultrusion method;

polymeric binders for the manufacture of rotation bodies (pipes, gas containers, vesseles etc.) by "dry" and "wet" winding method of fiber and weaved reinforcing materials;

binders for the manufacture of glass plastic, textolite articles by molding method;

not having analogous thermal resistant (-60 ˚C to +350 ˚C) adhesive UVS-10TC for the manufacture of brake systems from agriculture machinery up to high-speed large-load trucks and supersonic aircrafts;

specialized two-packed epoxy adhesives for the manufacture of air, oil and fuel filters working under high pressure;

one-packed (ready-to-use) epoxy adhesives with special complex of properties including sealing, current conductive, thermal conductive;

one-packed epoxy adhesives of structure purposes including for gluening of grease metal surfaces, dissimilar materials, metals and composite polymeric materials, for sealing of welded joints, for binding of cutting tools for metal-working industry;

compounds of “cold” curing for repair and restoration of worn-out parts of steel, iron, aluminium, etc.;

binders for the manufacture of boats, life-buoys, yachts for the repair of fishing ships, and for the manufacture of sports equipment.
With few exception, all the materials are supplied with the relative normative-technical documents, prescribed by legislation, Minzdrav permits to produce and process these materials.
In terms of their technology and service properties, all the offered materials, as a rule, are superior to the best known similar materials; many of them are defended with author’s certificates and patents, which eliminates the possibility of falsification thereof.
The above - listed materials are ready-to-use and have their own regular consumers. However, looking forward, SPE “Sintez” is ready to study any suggestions on development of new materials to order with probably unbelievable properties complex at present. We shall only need assurance that these materials will be used upon completion of the work. We shall not also refuse joint financing of the new project.
