1. Delivery of the products will be made by the following methods:
- for orders within the mainland USA, by next day registered or recorded post or courier; or
- for international orders, by FedEx Courier Service or equivalent;
2. Any dates quoted for delivery of the products are approximate only, however, we will ensure that all goods are delivered within 30 days of acceptance of your order. If goods cannot be delivered within 30 days we will tell you and agree with you when the goods will be delivered.
3. All costs associated with the delivery as quoted by us are to be paid by you with the price of the goods.
4. If company fails to deliver the products for any reason other than any cause beyond company's reasonable control or your fault, and company is accordingly liable to you, company's liability shall be limited to the excess of the cost to you of similar goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the products. |
